DAPNET-ntfygateway by Dave M7TLB

DAPNET is the Decentralized Amateur Paging Network that allows Amateur radio operators to send pager messages to each other. These messages are usually sent via MMDVM hotspots and therefore only cover the operator’s shack. But with the dapnet-ntfygateway these messages can be pushed to your mobile or cell phone with practically unlimited coverage.

There are two parts to this magic, the first is the script that is loaded on to your MMDVM hotspot and the other part is the NTFY app that is installed and configured on your phone.

Nice, just got it running and it pushed the “checking log” from wpsd log file immediately. Now waiting on a periodic dapnet post to see how that goes.
One suggestion would to make the endpoint instructions more clear, and note that it is https://ntfy.sh/ or something like that. I couldn’t find any reference to “endpoint” in the ntfy docs, but figured it out with trial and error, and sending test messages from the website.

Thank you for the suggestion KI5NYZ, I will pass that on to Dave M7TLB.

Glad you got it up and running, I had help from Dave beta testing it but more input helps for sure.
