FDP DMR800

I have just received the FDP DMR800 Portable radio in the mail. This radio is DMR and FM 400 – 480 MHz and can handle up to 800 channels. It is type approved for UHF CB and LMR frequencies.

I received a sample codeplug with UHF CB and 70cm channels that I have easily managed to update for my own requirements. Then I found it very simple to upload my new codeplug with 70cm channels I use, UHF CB and some LMR channels I have authority to use. Many reports have congragulated me on the very best audio on both DMR and FM, which has surprised me. A robust and easy to use portable is a breze to use.
